Treatments

Every treatment, plainly described.

What we offer, what each thing actually does in the body, and what it is like to be on it. Nothing here is prescribed from a page — every treatment enters your plan through the same door: an evaluation with Dr. Heyd and your baseline labs.

Metabolic care

GLP-1 Therapy

The most talked-about medicines in metabolic health, prescribed the way they should be.

GLP-1 medicines work with hormones your body already makes — the signaling that tells you when you are full and helps regulate blood sugar. They have changed what is realistic in weight and metabolic care, and they are prescription medicines that belong under a physician’s supervision rather than behind a checkout button.

Whether a GLP-1 is right for you, which medication, and at what dose is decided with your physician once your labs are back. Treatment arrives with the rest of the plan — protein, resistance training, follow-up labs — because the prescription is one part of the protocol, not the whole of it.

The program can include supporting treatments — sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione, and a lipotropic injection — added where your labs and your goals call for them.

The program is a $149 monthly concierge membership — your check-ins with your physician, your monthly pickup, and dose adjustments — plus your medication, priced by dose at your consultation. Your first visit is free.

Every protocol is physician-supervised and prescribed only after an individual evaluation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products.

GLP-1 program

Sermorelin

A prompt to your own growth-hormone rhythm, alongside the GLP-1 program.

Subcutaneous injection

Priced at your consultation

What this involves ↓

What it is

A releasing peptide that signals the pituitary to produce more of your own growth hormone, in the overnight pulses your body expects. The point is to support a system that has slowed rather than to override it.

What to expect

A small injection before bed with a very fine needle — we teach you at your first visit, and most people are surprised how quickly it becomes unremarkable. In the GLP-1 program it is added where sleep and recovery need support while you lose weight, and your monthly check-ins judge it against your own baseline.

GLP-1 program

NAD+

A cofactor your cells spend constantly and make less of with age.

IV infusion or subcutaneous

Priced at your consultation

What this involves ↓

What it is

NAD+ sits at the center of cellular energy production — the machinery that turns food into usable fuel depends on it, and levels decline with age. Supplementing it is about supplying that machinery, alongside correcting whatever your labs say is quietly working against you.

What to expect

In clinic as a slow infusion — deliberately unhurried, because comfort depends almost entirely on pace — or at home as an injection regimen. Added to the GLP-1 program as a defined block, then reassessed honestly rather than renewed by default.

Glutathione

The antioxidant your cells rely on most, offered plainly.

IV or injection course

Priced at your consultation

What this involves ↓

What it is

The body’s principal antioxidant, involved in managing oxidative stress and supporting the liver’s detoxification work. We offer it as a course alongside the GLP-1 program, and we are candid at your evaluation about what it can and cannot be expected to do.

What to expect

A short infusion or injection, typically as a course with a planned end rather than an open-ended subscription. Whether it stays in your protocol is a decision we make together at review.

Lipotropic BlendMIC + B12

A supportive weekly injection alongside the GLP-1 program.

Weekly injection

What this involves ↓

What it is

A long-standing combination of amino acids and B12 that supports the liver’s role in fat metabolism. It is a supporting act and we position it as one — the plan around it does the heavy lifting.

What to expect

A quick weekly injection, in clinic or at home. Most patients run it alongside the GLP-1 program rather than on its own.

Peptides

PT-141Bremelanotide

Works on desire through the nervous system, not the bloodstream.

As-needed nasal spray

$160 / monthplus the $189 monthly membership

What this involves ↓

What it is

A peptide that acts on receptors in the brain involved in sexual desire — a different mechanism from medicines that work on blood flow, which is why it is considered when interest rather than mechanics is the issue.

What to expect

A nasal spray used as needed — a few times a month — rather than daily. Because it can affect blood pressure, it is prescribed only after your evaluation and a review of your cardiovascular history.

Peptides

Tesamorelin

A growth-hormone-releasing peptide, prescribed with body composition in mind.

Daily subcutaneous injection

$400 / monthplus the $189 monthly membership

What this involves ↓

What it is

A releasing peptide that signals the pituitary to produce more of your own growth hormone, in the pulses your body expects. Where it enters a protocol it is usually for body composition, and only once your labs say it is appropriate.

What to expect

A small daily injection with a very fine needle — we teach you at your first visit. Because it can nudge blood sugar, your monthly check-ins come with repeat labs, and we adjust or stop if the numbers say so.

Hormones

Testosterone TherapyTRT

Measured first, treated second, monitored throughout.

Weekly injection

Priced at your consultation

What this involves ↓

What it is

Restores testosterone to a healthy range when your labs and your symptoms both say it has fallen below one. It is the most established treatment in hormone medicine and the most important one to do properly — which means labs before anything is prescribed, a fertility conversation first, and monitoring for as long as you are treated.

What to expect

A weekly or twice-weekly injection, self-administered once we have taught you, or given in clinic if you prefer. Bloodwork at six weeks and then quarterly. Adjustments are the normal course of treatment, not a sign something went wrong.

Hormones

Enclomiphene

Supports your own production instead of replacing it.

Oral capsule

Priced at your consultation

What this involves ↓

What it is

An oral medication that works upstream, prompting your body to raise its own testosterone output. It matters most for men who want to preserve fertility, which replacement therapy can suppress — a distinction we raise before anything begins, not after.

What to expect

A daily capsule with the same lab cadence as any hormone protocol. Often the first thing we reach for when the fertility conversation says replacement is the wrong tool.

Hormones

Oxytocin

A quiet supporting act where connection is part of the picture.

Sublingual or nasal

Priced at your consultation

What this involves ↓

What it is

A hormone involved in bonding and closeness, offered in low doses as part of an intimacy protocol rather than as a standalone fix. Its role is modest, and we describe it that way.

What to expect

A sublingual tablet or nasal spray used situationally, usually paired with the conversation the protocol is really about.

If something you have read about elsewhere is not listed, ask. The menu holds what we can responsibly offer today, and it is reviewed as that changes — we would rather leave a compound off than sell you something ahead of its time.

Every protocol is physician-supervised and prescribed only after an individual evaluation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products.

The menu is the start. The evaluation is the point.

Forty-five minutes with your physician, your labs read personally, and a protocol written for you — or an honest no, if that is the better answer.
